Last updated 19 November 2025
This page sets out the Terms of Sale for digital products purchased from ccplugins.co.uk.
The website is operated by Mr T. S. Lomas, trading as Caterham Computing, a sole trader located at 110 Commonwealth Road, Caterham, Surrey CR3 6LS, United Kingdom.
By placing an order on this website you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Software Licence Agreement, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.
1 Products and Content
1.1 CC Plugins develops and sells WordPress plugins and related digital content (“Software”).
1.2 Each purchase grants a licence to use the Software under the CC Plugins Software Licence Agreement, not ownership of the Software itself.
1.3 All plugins are supplied as downloadable digital files and include licence keys for activation, updates, and support.
2 Pricing, Taxes, and Currency
2.1 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Prices may change without notice. Orders completed before a change remain unaffected.
2.3 VAT is applied at checkout in accordance with UK and EU rules. Business customers may enter a valid VAT number where supported.
2.4 Invoices are issued automatically by WooCommerce and may be downloaded from your account area.
3 Ordering and Delivery
3.1 Orders are placed through WooCommerce and fulfilled electronically.
3.2 Payment is processed securely by PayPal, Stripe, or other approved gateways; card data is handled only by those providers.
3.3 After payment you will receive immediate download access and a licence key via on-screen confirmation and email.
3.4 If you do not receive delivery emails within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@ccplugins.co.uk.
4 Licence Terms and Tiers
4.1 Licences are available in 6-Month, Annual (12 Months), and Professional / Agency (3 Years Updates & Support) terms, and by Single Site, 5-Site, or Unlimited tiers.
4.2 Updates and support are provided only while the licence is active. After expiry the plugin continues to function but will not receive further updates or support.
4.3 Plugins are supplied under the GNU General Public Licence v2 or later for source-code compatibility, together with our commercial Software Licence Agreement covering access, updates, and support.
4.4 Licences may not be shared, transferred, or resold except where expressly permitted.
5 Renewals and Upgrades
5.1 You may renew your licence at any time before or after expiry; renewal re-activates updates and support from the renewal date.
5.2 Upgrades between site tiers or to the Professional / Agency term are available on payment of the price difference.
5.3 Where renewal reminders are sent, they are a courtesy only and non-receipt does not extend licence validity.
6 Bundles
6.1 A “bundle” is a single purchase covering multiple plugins.
6.2 The bundle licence governs updates and support for all included plugins during its active term.
6.3 Bundle contents may change as new plugins are released or older ones retired; existing licence holders retain access to the versions available during their active term.
7 Refunds
7.1 Refunds are considered only under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
7.2 Where a refund is granted, associated licence keys are revoked and download access removed.
7.3 Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
8 Discontinued Products
8.1 We may discontinue a plugin at any time.
8.2 If a plugin is discontinued while your licence is active, support will continue until the end of your active term, but no further updates will be released.
8.3 No refunds are due solely because a product has been discontinued.
9 Compatibility and Requirements
9.1 Minimum supported versions are listed on each product page. You are responsible for ensuring your site meets these requirements.
9.2 Our plugins are developed for use with WordPress 6.4 or later and PHP 7.2 – 8.2 +.
9.3 We cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme or third-party plugin, though all products are tested with major frameworks such as Kadence, GeneratePress, and Blocksy.
9.4 We are not responsible for issues arising from unsupported software, hosting limitations, or custom code.
10 Support Scope
10.1 Support covers installation, activation, configuration, and general usage of our plugins.
10.2 Support does not include custom development, debugging of unrelated plugins or themes, or training beyond documentation and reasonable guidance.
10.3 Support is provided through the Awesome Support ticketing system or email during UK business hours.
10.4 We aim to respond within one business day; times may vary during weekends or public holidays.
11 Prohibited Use and Fair Usage
11.1 Licence keys must not be shared or distributed publicly.
11.2 Excessive automated update checks or abuse of download endpoints may result in suspension.
11.3 Any attempt to bypass licence verification mechanisms constitutes a breach of contract.
12 Payment Security and Fraud
12.1 Payments are handled by trusted processors. Caterham Computing never stores full card numbers.
12.2 We reserve the right to decline, refund, or cancel any order suspected of fraud.
12.3 Confirmed fraudulent activity will result in permanent licence revocation and may be reported to authorities.
13 Limitation of Liability
13.1 The Software is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant licence.
13.3 We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
14 Intellectual Property
14.1 All plugins and content on this site are the intellectual property of Mr T. S. Lomas (trading as Caterham Computing) unless otherwise credited.
14.2 You may not claim ownership or remove copyright notices.
14.3 Logos, branding, and documentation are protected by copyright and may not be reused without written consent.
15 Changes to These Terms
15.1 We may revise these Terms of Sale at any time.
15.2 The current version will always be available on this page.
15.3 Continued purchases or use of our Software after changes implies acceptance of the latest terms.
